For this week's installment of Technique Thursday we will be going over the horizontal chest circle. To do this move start with your chest isolation from side to side then front to back. Be sure the movement is only in your chest, even if it is not very big. Now create a diamond shape pushing front, side, back,side. Once you have this smooth it out and turn your diamond to a circle. Make sure again that it is isolated. Once you get the hang of it one way try going the opposite direction!
